If the roof of the Headquarters isn’t built exactly as shown in the instructions, it might not fit. It should lie completely flat and fit snugly on top of the building.

Make sure all parts on the roof and along the top of the Firehouse are pushed together securely. It needs to be a tight fit. You should also check that the ladder is correctly attached.
