Welcome to the LEGO Group – the company behind the bricks. We’ve been sparking children’s imaginations and inspiring the builders of tomorrow since 1932. Our 18,000+ colleagues across the world keep this spirit alive today.

Billund, DenmarkBillund is the home of Ole Kirk Christiansen’s workshop where it all started, and also home to our brand-new HQ, LEGO® Campus.
Enfield, USANestled in a Connecticut suburb, our Enfield hub is home to over 620 talented people. We’ve got basketball courts and Easter Egg hunts yearly, but the fun doesn’t stop there.
London, UKOur London hub opened in 2014 and has been growing ever since. It even has its own film studio now.
Shanghai, ChinaYou’ll find the Shanghai hub on the 31st floor, so the view is pretty awesome! Here, our almost-300 colleagues make sure the office stays as innovative and awesome as possible.
SingaporeOur Singapore hub is home to a huge range of departments and a lot of people too. We’re also located in one of the most environmentally conscious developments in Singapore.
A family business
Since Ole Kirk Cristiansen founded his carpentry business in 1932, the Kirk Kristiansen family have played a leading role in the business. This continues today, with our 4th generation owners, so the values, beliefs and traditions that Ole created still guide us.
The family remains committed to making a positive difference to children around the world, via Learning-through-Play. This ambition is laid out in the LEGO® Idea Paper, which describes their fundamental belief that children are our role models. We see it come alive throughout the LEGO Brand Framework, which steers everything we do today.
In our 88 years, we’ve gone from a carpenter in his workshop to one of the world’s most recognised and respected brands. We’re driven by our mission – to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

Our brand framework
Inspired by the LEGO Idea Paper, we have a brand framework that everything we do is built on. It’s what we stand for, what we believe in, what our aims are, and the promises we make to everyone who experiences or works with us.
The LEGO Brand Framework sets out who we are and where we’re heading. It also includes four promises that capture how we think and act every day.
