LEGO Australia Brings the Brick Brigade from Sydney to Melbourne, Reminding Families to Never Stop Playing
This World Play Day, LEGO Australia is inviting everyone to join the fun. Observed on June 11th, the United Nations International Day of Play celebrates play as a fundamental right for all.
With play being more vital than ever, LEGO Australia is calling on all Aussies to bring more joyful moments into their everyday lives. To spark that imagination, The LEGO® Brick Brigade will kick off its journey at major hotspots, including Parramatta Square and Sydney’s Overseas Passenger Terminal on Saturday, 6th June. From there, it will head regional, making pit stops at crowd favourites like Goulburn’s Big Merino and Parliament House in Canberra on Tuesday, 9th June to spread spontaneous moments of LEGO play to unsuspecting families.
The epic road trip will reach its grand finale in the heart of the Melbourne CBD at Queensbridge Square on Thursday, 11th June for World Play Day - welcoming families to discover the power of play with LEGO® Bricks.

Everyone, Everywhere, is invited to play!
Kicking off June 6, The LEGO® Brick Brigade launches in Sydney at Paramatta Square and the Overseas Passenger Terminal. From there, the tour heads to the Melbourne CBD for World Play Day on June 11, stopping at regional favorites like The Big Merino and The Big Koala along the way - inviting Aussies everywhere to Never Stop Playing!
