Curiosity to clarity, data to decisions. Meet Enoska 🪄
For Enoska, growth has meant moving from analysis to influence; using data to understand what is happening and help shape better decisions.

Career reflections
When Enoska reflects on her career journey, one theme runs through it: curiosity. A curiosity to understand people, explore questions in depth, and make sense of complexity.
Today, that curiosity sits at the heart of her role at LEGO® Education, where she helps turn data into insights that guide decision-making across the business.
“It’s not just about seeing the data—it’s about understanding what it’s telling you, and what you should do next.” Enoska, Data & BI Analyst.
Before joining LEGO Education, Enoska built her foundation in a research agency, working closely with clients to understand customer behaviour and what drives decision-making.
“I learned early on that the first question isn't always the right question. Working with clients meant digging deeper to understand what they were really trying to solve and then designing an approach that could get them there."
That experience helped her build two strengths that still shape her work today: asking better questions of the data and communicating insights in a way that resonates with people.
“I had developed strong skills, but I was ready for a role that would challenge me in new ways and allow me to contribute on a broader scale"

Broader impact
That next step brought her to LEGO Education, into a role with broader impact, more business-critical questions to solve, and a new way of working.
“Moving into an in-house role meant being much closer to the decisions—and seeing how insights directly influence what happens next.”
Today, Enoska works in insights and analytics, partnering with Global Marketing and other teams to help them understand performance, spot patterns, and identify opportunities.
“My role is about giving teams the insights they need to make confident decisions—not just presenting data, but making it meaningful.”
That means bringing together data from multiple sources, turning complex metrics into simple narratives, and highlighting what matters most and why.
One of Enoska’s proudest contributions was helping to centralise marketing data into a single, accessible view. Before that, information was fragmented across different tools and teams, making it harder to see the full picture of performance.
“We created a dashboard that connected everything—from engagement metrics through to outcomes. It gave teams one place to see what’s working.”
The impact was immediate. Teams could make decisions faster, align around a shared view of performance, and feel more confident in how results were understood.
But for Enoska, the real impact wasn’t just the tool; it was the way people used it.
“It made conversations more focused—people could spend less time finding data, and more time acting on it.”

Building technical expertise
As her role has evolved, so has her confidence. Early in her career, the focus was on building technical expertise. Now, it’s about influence: making sure insights are heard, understood, and acted on.
“That’s been a big shift for me, moving from analysing data to really influencing decisions.”
That shift has brought new challenges: knowing when to go deep and when to simplify, framing insights for different stakeholders, and turning analysis into clear recommendations. One of the defining parts of Enoska’s experience has been the culture around her.
“Working with people who have different experiences and perspectives pushes you to grow—it shows you what’s possible.”

Curiosity in action
It’s an environment where questions are encouraged, learning is continuous, and people are trusted to take ownership of their work.
“There’s a lot of openness, you can ask questions, challenge thinking, and learn from others.”
Despite growing expertise, Enoska sees curiosity as something that never fades; it evolves.
“I’m always asking why—why is this happening, what’s driving it, and what can we learn from it?”
That mindset shapes how she works: digging into data, exploring patterns, challenging assumptions, and always looking for better answers.
While the work itself is analytical, the impact is anything but abstract. For Enoska, knowing that her work contributes to something bigger is deeply motivating.
“Our purpose is to impact students’ learning outcomes—and that’s something I really connect with.”
Looking ahead, Enoska is focused on continuing to grow—both in depth and breadth.
“I want to keep building my skills, but also keep expanding my understanding of the business.”
For Enoska, that means taking on new challenges, working with different stakeholders, building her confidence and influence—and staying curious.
“There’s always more to learn—and that’s what makes it exciting.”
Enoska’s story reflects a different kind of growth: less about titles, and more about capability, confidence, curiosity, and impact.
It shows that even early in your career, you can play a meaningful role in shaping decisions that matter.
