What to do if you can't find a set on LEGO.com

We’re sorry to hear that you can’t find the set you’re looking for on LEGO.com. Don’t give up yet! Here are a few questions it can help to ask when you can’t seem to find the one you want:
 

Is it an early access set?

LEGO® Insiders get early access to some of our most exciting new sets. These will show up on LEGO.com as 'Coming soon' and can't be purchased unless you’re logged into your account. If you’re logged in, you’ll see a link to buy the set.
 

Is the set retired?

If it’s an older set you’re looking for, the set may have been retired. If this is the case, it won’t be available for purchase and may not even appear on the website. Visit our retired LEGO sets and themes page to learn more.
 

Has the set been released?

It’s possible that the set you’re looking for is a future product which we haven’t made available yet. We usually don’t accept pre-orders on new sets, and they may not even appear on the website until they’re available to buy.
