Returning a LEGO.com order

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us FREE of charge within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel.

To start a return for an order placed on LEGO.com, just log into your account and go to your "Order Status" page. From there, click on “Return Items” and follow the instructions. We'll arrange for a courier to collect the package from the address you provide. Please make sure that any returns are in a sealed box and packaged securely.

 

Once we've received your items, your refund will be processed. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.
