- Go to the page on the iPad where the app is located
- Press and hold the app icon until it has an 'X'
- Click on the 'X'

- Open the App Store
- Search for 'WeDo 2.0'
- Tap 'GET'
- Depending on your settings, you may need to type in your App Store password

- Open the Settings
- Tap 'Apps' or 'Application Manager'
- Tap 'WeDo 2.0'
- Tap 'Uninstall or Disable'

- Open the Play Store
- Search for 'WeDo 2.0'
- Select it and click 'Install'
- Allow the app to access the tools on your device (camera, microphone, WiFi connection, etc.)

- Click on the Google menu (bottom left hand corner)
- Find the WeDo 2.0 app
- Click the icon by pressing two fingers on the track pad
- Click on ‘Uninstall’

- Click on the Google menu (bottom, left hand corner)
- Select the Chrome Web Store application
- Search for 'WeDo 2.0'
- Click on 'ADD TO CHROME'

- Open the Finder app (blue, square smiley face icon)
- Click on 'Applications'
- Find WeDo 2.0
- Drag it to the trash can

- Go to education.lego.com (Using Safari)
- Click on 'Software Downloads'
- Click on 'WeDo 2.0'
- Click on 'DOWNLOAD'
- Once it’s finished, click on the 'Downloads' folder (next to the trash can on the desktop)
- Click on the WeDo2_Full_#.#.#_Global_OSX.pkg file
- Walk through the prompts in the pop-up to complete the installation

- Click on the Start menu (bottom, left hand corner)
- Click on 'Control Panel'
- Select 'Uninstall a Program' (make sure that the upper right-hand corner says "View by: Category")
- Click on 'WeDo 2.0 32 bit'
- Choose 'Uninstall'

- Go to education.lego.com (using Internet Explorer)
- Click on 'Software Downloads'
- Click on 'WeDo 2.0'
- Click on 'GET THE APP' or 'DOWNLOAD' if you have Windows 7
- Click on 'SAVE'
- Click on 'RUN' (only once the download is complete)
- Walk through the prompts in the installation pop-up to complete the installation
