    Missing bags in new sets

    We rarely have missing parts in our sets, let alone missing prepack bags. Sometimes a faulty set manages to slip through our strict quality controls though.

    If you discover that a prepack bag is missing or you’re missing many parts from a new set, it’s best to give us a call. We can help you figure out exactly what’s missing and send you the parts you need as soon as possible.

    The bags in most of our sets are numbered but there might be several bags with the same number. Also, since some of our sets are huge and include a lot of pieces, it’s always very helpful if you can pick out a couple of the most unusual bricks that are missing before calling us. Depending on the set and the number of parts missing, we might ask you for a proof of purchase.
