Always wanted to know what the biggest LEGO® sets are? Our LEGO designers love a challenge, especially when it comes to making huge sets. In recent years, we’ve seen the likes of the LEGO Icons Titanic, the LEGO Art World Map and the LEGO Icons Colosseum; all of which have pushed the limits and broken boundaries in the LEGO brick world.
But exactly how big is this latest LEGO set? What are our other massive LEGO sets? What is the meaning of life? The answer to virtually all of these questions can be found below. Here are the 10 biggest LEGO sets ever made (in order of piece count)...
LEGO® Architecture Sagrada Família
Marking the long-awaited completion of the real deal in Barcelona (140 years to be precise!) and the 100th anniversary of architect Gaudí, this incredible set comes with a whopping 12,060 pieces. The biggest set in LEGO history. Sí, you heard right.
It’s the most detailed and structurally advanced LEGO Architecture set ever created and captures the true majesty of Gaudí’s masterpiece inside and out. From intricate interior features including the Forest of Trees columns to beautiful stained-glass effects, this set is a tribute to one of the most unique and remarkable religious buildings in the world.
A sight (and build) you definitely don’t want to miss.
LEGO® Art World Map
With over 11,000 pieces, the LEGO Art World Map was not only our biggest LEGO set (in terms of piece count), but also a beautiful piece of wall art.
It allowed you to put your own stamp on the world, create patterns in the oceans and choose which continent should be at the center.
Once built, you could track your travels, create your own bucket list using small, colored pins or simply just admire it as a unique piece of home decor. There’s no other world map out there that’s quite like it.

LEGO® Icons Eiffel tower
While we may have released LEGO brick models of the Eiffel tower before, none compete with this one in terms of sheer size and grandeur.
Measuring 58.5 in. (149 cm) high, this is our tallest LEGO set to date and the ultimate representation of Paris’ most famous landmark.
Featuring a true-to-life structure and all the intricate details, the new LEGO Eiffel tower includes beautiful trusswork, elevators, a broadcast tower and the French flag at the very top. Incroyable!
Unless you own The Louvre, or a really big garage, good luck finding a place to put it...
While it’s certainly the tallest set, it has 10,001 pieces, which isn’t as many as the LEGO Art World Map...
LEGO® Icons Titanic
Measuring 53 in. (135 cm) long, the LEGO Titanic is the third biggest LEGO set in terms of size. This 1:200 scale model of the historic ship makes it the ultimate building project with 9,090 pieces. It’s a whopper!
Packed with authentic details, inside and out, the set honors the original ship featuring a grand staircase, a boiler room, different cabins, lifeboats and even the first-class dining room.
Any history lover will enjoy recreating details like the promenade deck and swimming pool. You can even watch the piston engines turn inside as you turn the propellers.
The main question is... where do you put it? If you need some tips, here’s how to display huge LEGO sets at home...
LEGO® Colosseum
A mere two millennia after the original was built, there was finally a Colosseum made of LEGO bricks. This incredible model is packed with fascinating details worthy of the most iconic amphitheater in history.
With 9,036 pieces in this set, making it pretty massive, our designer Rok Zgalin Kobe explained that “the more the model was being perfected, the more pieces went into capturing its details”. Want to know more? Here’s how we made the LEGO Colosseum...

LEGO® Star Wars™ Death Star™
That’s no moon…
Was there ever any doubt that LEGO Star Wars would feature prominently on this list?
9,023 pieces. 25.5 in. (70 cm) tall. ka in. (79 cm) wide. The largest LEGO Star Wars set EVER at its launch in October 2025. All statistics we feel are appropriate considering we were essentially replicating a planet. Really, it’s amazing we didn’t make it any bigger…
But we still made it roomy enough to house an incredible 36(!) minifigures and 2 LEGO droid figures to help you recreate your favorite scenes!
LEGO® The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith™
Light the beacons and man the walls!
Are you ready to behold the majesty of the LEGO Icons Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith™?
With lots of intricate and unusual geometry, LEGO designers relied on Pythagorean math to master this enormous seven-tiered fortress, made up of 8,278 pieces. A true creative conundrum.
And did you know that the massive ‘rock keel’ around which Minas Tirith is built uses the same design geometry as the prow of the LEGO Icons Titanic?

UCS LEGO® Star Wars™ Millennium Falcon™
Now, we were going to make a joke about how funny it was that we used to think 7,541 pieces was actually *big*, but Chewbacca just walked into the room and seems to be indicating that we don’t write that. Either that or he’s hungry – we don’t speak Wookiee.
Chewy is one of seven minifigures in this eye-popping set that stands at 33 in. (83 cm) long and 22 in. (60 cm) wide. And (you won’t believe this), it can do the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs!

LEGO® Pokémon™ – Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise
Name a more iconic trio. We’ll wait.
This epic 6,838 piece set includes 3 legendary Pokémon battle action figures – Grass, Fire and Water-type Pokémon in their final evolutions so you can recreate the pinnacle of your Pokémon journey.
Featuring the mighty Venusaur, the fierce Charizard and the unstoppable Blastoise, each Pokémon figure can stand alone posed into a battle stance or be mounted on its biome stand and connected to form one epic battleground.

The stunning model comes with an information plaque for display and can be opened to reveal a detailed interior filled with Easter eggs. The main body of the model has space for up to 40 minifigures, with 9 included in the set!
