Making changes to your account

We’ve made it really easy for you to change your name, email address, or region saved in your account.

To update the information, follow these steps:

 

1. Sign in to your account by clicking the minifigure icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Once signed in, click the minifigure icon again to go to your account overview.
3. Click ‘Account Settings’ in the menu to the left
4. Go to ‘My information’. Change the info you want and hit save. Ta-da, all done!

It’s not possible to change the date of birth on an account. If you’ve entered the wrong birthday, you’ll need to create a new LEGO® account.

If you order from LEGO.com, your shipping and billing address can be updated during checkout.

Making changes to your kid’s account

If your kid’s account is linked to yours, you’re able to change the permissions you’ve granted for them in the 'Family’ menu in your own account settings.

How to change your language

To change the language preference in your account, simply follow these steps:

 

1. Log in to your account by clicking the minifigure icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click 'Contact Preferences' and select your preferred language from the ‘Language preference’ dropdown. If you've decided to receive LEGO newsletters, you'll get them in the language you've selected here.

How to delete your account

To delete your account and cancel your Insiders membership, here’s what to do:

 

1. Sign in to your account by clicking the minifigure icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click the minifigure icon again, and you’ll see your account overview.
3. Hit ‘Account Settings’ in the menu to your left.
4. Click ‘Security’. From here, you can delete your account.
