Deliveries and returns
We’re pleased to let you know that we’re now delivering LEGO orders to New Zealand again. While we’re working hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we do expect orders to continue to be delayed for the next few weeks. We’re keeping up with the latest information and will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
You won’t be charged for your LEGO order until it leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. You may find that your payment card has been pre-authorised, but that temporary hold will fall off automatically. As the situation changes, we’ll keep working hard to make sure our deliveries reach New Zealand customers with as few delays as possible.
For orders shipped via standard delivery, please allow 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed. For same day shipping, orders must be received by 11AM NZST. Orders received after 11AM NZST will ship the following day.
For LEGO Pick a Brick, please allow up to 15 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for delivery. For Bricks & Pieces, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Be sure to order Pick A Brick by Novemer 30, 2019 to have your Pick A Brick purchase delivered before Christmas.
Free Delivery offer is valid online at shop.LEGO.com and for LEGO® Catalogue telephone orders. Qualifying purchase must be equal to or greater than $199 in merchandise only; Once your order reaches $199 free standard delivery will automatically be added to your order. Excludes pre-order and backorder items. If you choose another delivery option, additional charges may apply.

Orders arrive within 1-2 business days. Saturday delivery is not available.
Express delivery is not available for LEGO® gift card orders and LEGO Pick a Brick customized products.

Delivery Restrictions & Delays
We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please provide your full address.
Delivery dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
90 Day Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us FREE of charge within 90 days from the day you receive your parcel.

Ordering a Gift You Want to Keep Secret?
You can order a gift for a friend or relative and be sure your secret is safe! Every order is shipped in a plain box and you can specify a delivery address. Have your order sent to a friend or relative’s house so you can plan a special surprise! If you have requested delivery to an address different from your billing address, price/billing details will not be included (this does not apply to Pick A Brick orders). Your pricing information will, however, be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
