    App troubleshooting guide

    If you’re having any trouble with your app, we always recommend restarting the app and your device, as well as closing any apps that are open in the background. It’s also important to check if the app is up to date or if there are any updates available that you need to download. If the app simply froze, just close it completely and then open it again. This usually solves the problem.

    If the app suddenly stopped working we usually recommend deleting the app, restarting your device and then downloading the app again. Since that often means that you’ll lose your progress in the game, we understand if you’re a bit reluctant to do that. Apps like LEGO® BOOST will save your progress if you are logged in with your account.

    If the app didn’t work from the beginning even though you’ve downloaded it through the App Store or Google Play, it’s possible that your device isn’t compatible with the app. If you have any questions about the compatibility, feel free to get in touch with us.

    If none of the tips above fix the problem you’re experiencing, please get in touch with us. So that we can help you solve the issue as quickly as possible, it would be great if you can give us the following bits of information:

    • Which operating system and version are you using? (e.g. iOS 16.5.1, Android 13.1.1)
    • Which version of the app are you using? (e.g. LEGO BOOST 2.0 version 1.0.2)
    • Can you give us any more details about the problem you’re having? (e.g. my app crashed when starting level 2)
