- June 10th, 2021Average rating5out of 5 stars5.0The ultimate travel experience!I would recommend this to a friend!I am so glad I decided to purchase this set! I love the color scheme of the ocean. I also like the dark blue mixed in with the white, it makes the land pop out in a unique way. The build was fun, at times it was a little tiring, but at the end it all paid off! The map when completed seems a bit floppy, and sometimes I am afraid of it breaking, but it really isn't a big problem. I so enjoyed the soundtrack that you can listen to while you build, (FYI the soundtrack is not music, but kind of like a podcast about the set). I haven't yet customized it, but I look forward to it!! This is overall such a good set to look at or play around with, or whatever you want to do with it. It is definitely worth the money if you're thinking about buying this set. Thank you LEGO so much for such an exciting build, and such an amazing display!Play ExperienceAverage rating5out of 5 stars5.0Value for MoneyAverage rating5out of 5 stars5.0Was this helpful?55World Map
- June 11th, 2021Average rating4out of 5 stars4.0It’s a map!I would recommend this to a friend!Overall I’m happy with this map, but Legos math is off on this one. This set uses 10,736 pieces if you follow the instructions, with 80 markers( 40 cones plus a matching smooth stud thats the same as all the other nine). I had 1,322 loose studs left over at the end of this project, so in reality my box officially had 12,058 pieces in an advertised set of 11,695. The set looks great, my only negative is there isn’t a compass or legend to explain the ocean topography or the markers and their meanings. Also, don’t follow the instructions on where to place the wall hangers, they are not set to 16”, more like 17”, this really needs to be mounted to studs it’s really heavy.14 June 2021Jane, LEGO® Customer ServiceWe appreciate your feedback!Play ExperienceAverage rating3out of 5 stars3.0Value for MoneyAverage rating3out of 5 stars3.0Was this helpful?45World Map

- June 12th, 2021Average rating4out of 5 stars4.0Great wall are which takes a while to buildKala |I would recommend this to a friend!Do the 10,240 pieces of round tiles/plates create a great wall art? Yes. Did I enjoy putting all pieces on the board? Well, you have to have patience, let's just say so. The map looks really cool. I was sceptical at the beginning, I didn't know how these colourful pieces will look like, but the end result is very pleasing and it does look good on the wall. The additional pins to mark locations could have been done better. As these pins are the same colours as the map, they just blend in, don't stand out. I am going to use some custom-made pins because of this. Also, I would have preferred the frame being of a different colour. Antarctica blends in with the white frame, but maybe this is something I can get used to?! It's great that this map is so big, but it also means, that it takes a while to get this done. I lost interest in building at about the 60% mark and from that point onwards I just wanted this to be done. It just takes a very long time to build. Overall, I am happy with the set, happy that I bought it. The price tag is a little bit high, especially that the set mainly contains 1x1 round tiles and plates. But none of the Lego Art sets are cheap, so we just need to accept that. Great set, but it is not in my top 10.Play ExperienceAverage rating2out of 5 stars2.0Value for MoneyAverage rating4out of 5 stars4.0Was this helpful?45World Map
