Collection Point deliveries

Delivery to a collection point is available in the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

During checkout, choose “Collection Point” for shipping and follow the instructions. Express delivery isn’t available if you ship your order to a collection point. Once your order has shipped, DPD will email you tracking info, let you know when your parcel is ready to be picked up and send you reminders if you haven’t picked your package up right away.

Can I send a gift to a collection point?

Yes. Just make sure you include the recipient’s name in the shipping address.
 

Can I choose a different country to deliver my order to?

Yes, but you’ll need to shop on LEGO.com in the country you’d like to ship to.
 

What kind of identification will I need to pick up my order?

You’ll need to show an official ID, such as a driver’s licence, passport or identity card to pick up your parcel.
 

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your parcel’s damaged when you get it, please get in touch with us.
 

What if my order is shipped in multiple packages?

You’ll receive a separate notification for each package when it ships.
 

How long will my package be stored at the collection point?

Packages will usually be held at collection points between five and ten days but the amount of time you have to pick up the package will vary by country. You should contact the collection point directly for more info.
 

What happens to my order if I don’t pick it up in time?

Your order will be returned to us and the tracking info will be updated to show it heading back to our warehouse.
 

How much does it cost to ship to a collection point?

Shipping to collection points costs the same as standard delivery. There are no additional fees.
 

Can I ship a gift card to a collection point?

We can’t send gift cards to collection points. You’ll need to send them to a physical address.
 

Can I have my Bricks & Pieces or Pick A Brick order shipped to a collection point?

Parts orders can’t be sent to collection points. You’ll need to send them to a physical address.
 

Can I change my shipping address after I place the order?

No. Once the order’s been placed we cannot change the shipping address.
