Chief Commercial Officer
Colette Burke joined the LEGO Group as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in January 2021. Colette reports to Chief Executive Niels B Christiansen and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
She is responsible for the Group’s global commercial strategy which includes e-commerce, business to business retailer partnerships, omnichannel development, LEGO®-branded retail channels and geographic expansion into new countries. Reporting to Colette are the Group’s Market Groups including teams in the Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific and China; LEGO Retail; the e-commerce Centre of Excellence and Market and Commercial Development.
Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Colette had a 25-year career at consumer electronics company, Bose Corporation. Most recently she was responsible for the company’s global consumer sales and was a member of the Executive Team. Before this she held a wide range of commercial, general management and marketing leadership roles at a global, regional and national level, including 19 years working in the United States. She began her career as a consultant with German firm, SAI.
Colette studied International Marketing and Languages at Dublin City University, Ireland and Cologne University, Germany and completed post-graduate studies in Finance at Harvard University in the United States.
