Why we don't deliver to P.O. boxes in Canada or Mexico

We’re sorry but we don’t currently ship LEGO.com orders to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes) in Canada or Mexico because:
 

• We like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the parcel ends up.
• We like to always use the same courier, so we can guarantee the quality of service.
• We like to hand you the parcel, so it doesn’t get crammed or crushed in a small box.
• Many of our shipping partners require signatures from the recipient, which we can’t get when shipping to a P.O. Box.

If you try to ship an order to a P.O. Box, your order will appear as ‘cancelled’ and you’ll receive an email from us letting you know. In this case, please get in touch with us to give a residential address and we’ll send it out right away!
