How will I be charged?

We’ll authorise your credit card at the time of your order. Your credit card won’t be charged until your order has been dispatched. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. Check with your bank for details.

How do Apple Pay orders work?

We accept payment by Apple Pay on your Mac or Apple device. After ensuring that your order details are correct, choose Apple Pay as your payment method and complete your order with touch ID or by entering your passcode.

Can I use express checkout?

Apple Pay customers will see an express checkout option when they finalise their order. Before finishing, please make sure that the correct billing and shipping address appears in your Apple Pay account as that’s the info we’ll use to process your order.

How does paying by link work?

Accepted Answer

If you’re on the phone with one of our LEGO experts, you may be asked to pay for an order by clicking on a secure link that we send to you by email. The link will take you to a secure payment page, so you can enter your card details knowing that the transaction is protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. The link is only valid for 24 hours, so be sure to click and pay before it expires.

We’ll authorise your credit card once you make the payment. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the order amount.

How do I pay for a large order of LEGO® pieces?

Accepted Answer

Payment for large orders must be made using a VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card. We’ll email you a secure link to submit payment. If you don’t submit payment within 7 days from the time you receive the email with link, your order will be cancelled and you may need to go through the review process again to reorder.

Delivery for large orders can take up to 7 weeks once payment has been received.
