WeDo 2.0 Renaming the SmartHub
It can sometimes be hard to find the right SmartHub for a student when the whole class is using WeDo 2.0 at the same time.
If you get stuck thinking of names for all of those SmartHubs, here are a few suggestions:
- Numbers: WeDo 01, WeDo 02, WeDo 03
- Birds: Eagle, Robin, Cardinal, Bluebird
- Trees: Redwood, Maple, Birch, Willow
Below are the steps to change the name of your SmartHub.
- Connect the SmartHub to your device. If you’re not sure how to do this, you can find the instructions here.
- Go into the connection window.
- Tap the edit icon.
- A text box will appear where you can type in the new name for your SmartHub. To save your changes, click ‘Done’. You’ve just changed the name on your SmartHub!
