Admittedly I hadn't played with Lego in decades and I thought my son might not get the joy out of them that I did when I was a kid. Well I was wrong on both accounts, my son loves this set and helping him build this really sparked a new passion of my own. The Lego kits are so well thought out and crafted, the directions are incredibly easy that it takes what you would think would be a chore and makes it almost a moment of zen. I would recommend this to a friend!
My four-year-old daughter put this set together over the course of 45 minutes with a bit of adult assistance; she really enjoys playing with the small animal figures and the variety of vet equipment. The cat in this set is printed with heterochromia which I thought was a really nice detail. A small syringe, ice pack, bottle, otoscope, nurse hat, and clip-board for the mini-dolls. I bought a lego pet clinic set and my 4 year old adores it! She plays with it a lot. She’s always enjoyed playing a Dr so this is perfect for her! The colors are pretty and the pieces the perfect size. Her older sister even played with her which was amazing!
