21323 Grand Piano

You don’t need to take lessons to learn how to play the 21323 LEGO® Ideas Grand Piano! Just check out these FAQs and your LEGO pieces will be playing songs in no time.

Which app do I need to make the piano play, and what are the system requirements?

The Grand Piano connects to the LEGO Powered Up app. You’ll need to download the app to a compatible device to start playing. You can find the system requirements and links to download the app here.

How do I connect the piano to the app?

Connecting the piano to the app takes five steps:

    1. Open the Powered Up app on your device and click the settings to make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

    2. You’ll find the Powered Up hub inside the piano. Press the green button on the hub so it will search for your device.

    3. Select the Piano in the lobby on the app.

    4. Choose ‘Play mode’ or ‘Listen mode’ in the app.

    5. Select your song. The Bluetooth icon in the upper-left corner will show your connection status so you can make sure you’re still connected.

What’s the difference between ‘Play mode’ and ‘Listen mode’?

‘Listen mode’ will have the piano play on its own. In ‘play mode’, a song will start when you press down on the keys, and you will need to continue to press keys to continue the song.

My piano keys are starting to move more slowly than normal. What should I do?

It’s possible the piano batteries might be running low. We’d recommend changing them out for some fresh new batteries – that should get the piano keys moving quickly again.
