Issues with signing up to become a LEGO® Insider

If you’re having trouble signing up to become a LEGO® Insider, there are a couple of things to check:

 

• Make sure LEGO Insiders is available in the region you live in.
• Make sure you’re using an account with your own date of birth. It’s only possible to become a LEGO Insider if you’re over 18 years old. If your account has a child’s date of birth on it, you won’t be able to register. If you make a new account with your correct date of birth you should be able to continue with that.
