What is the LEGO® DREAMZzz™ theme?

The LEGO® DREAMZzz™ theme is the latest LEGO franchise, consisting of a fantasy-based TV show and revolutionary new sets. In the show, a group of ordinary kids are transported to the extremely un-ordinary, magical dream world – a place where everything you’ve ever dreamed is real! It’s part sleep-training for kids, part high-stakes good-versus-evil battle, part high-school drama… there really is something for everyone! The sets are unlike anything we’ve made before. Off the bat, the building instructions resemble comic books and are now story-led, helping kids to fully immerse themselves in the world before they’ve even finished their first build! And once they HAVE finished building, they’ll be left with a set which is a beautiful, wacky blend of real-world and dream-world logic that looks completely different from any set they’ve ever built!

What is the LEGO® DREAMZzz™ story about?

The main LEGO® DREAMZzz™ storyline focuses on a group of ordinary kids living in Brooklyn, who one day discover the existence of the dream world – a place where everything you ever dreamed exists, and where your creativity can conjure up anything you imagine. In the dream world, the kids are tasked with saving innocent dreamers from the evil Nightmare King...

LEGO® DREAMZzz™ sets are appropriate for ages 6+.

Can kids watch the LEGO® DREAMZzz™ series?

Absolutely! We’ve even worked with over 23,000 kids in our research for this show, to make sure it’s just right for them. (And yes, that does make it our most researched show ever…) Two-thirds of those kids told us that they felt dreaming is an important way for them to be creative. It’s why dreams and creativity are at the center of our new LEGO® DREAMZzz™ theme! We even tackle mildly scary concepts like nightmares in a positive way, to make the show feel almost like a sleep-training exercise for kids and help them overcome any fears they may have. Additionally, as the kids in the show learn that creative mastery in the magical dream world requires a calm, clear mind and great concentration, our viewers at home will be inspired to strive for those same things! Think of it almost as mindfulness for kids...

How many episodes are in LEGO® DREAMZzz™ Season 2?

There are 20 absolutely epic episodes and not enough math to count all the ‘wow’ moments in them. The first 10 episodes will be released in May 2024, and the rest will hit screens in September.

There are 20 episodes in Season 1 of the LEGO® DREAMZzz™ TV series.

Will there be LEGO® sets for the LEGO DREAMZzz™ theme?

You bet! There will be a bunch of sets taken from the TV show, from Mrs. Castillo’s Turtle Van to the terrifying Grimkeeper the Cage Monster! But be prepared… these are unlike any LEGO® sets you’ll have ever laid eyes on before... Each stays true to the mish-mash logic of the dream world: part based in reality, part based on magical fantasy. And we’ve even revolutionized our building instructions, turning them into a story-led challenge, with your child at the center.
