Have you ever wondered what the delivery status next to your order on the ‘Order Status’ page means? You can use this guide to make sense of it all. If you still have any questions, contact us.
Status |
What it means |
---|---|
In Process |
Your order is going through our normal review process. |
In Warehouse |
Your order is getting ready to ship from our warehouse. We won’t be able to cancel or make any changes to your order now. Our warehouse team will print the shipping label and pack the order so it's ready for the courier to pick up. This usually takes up to 48 hours, but can take longer if we're receiving high volumes of orders. |
Complete |
Your order left our warehouse and is on its way to you. |
Backordered |
Some of the items in your order are backordered. For more information about backordered items, check out this help topic. You can also check the availability statuses. |
Partial Shipped/Partial Backordered |
Some of the items in your order have shipped and others are backordered. |
Waiting for new stock |
All the items in your order are currently backordered. |
Canceled |
Your order has been canceled. |
Complete/Canceled |
Part of your order shipped and part of it has been canceled. |
Waiting for payment information |
We haven’t received full payment for your order. You’ll need to call us to provide payment or transfer the money from your bank. |
(Please contact) Customer Service |
You need to call us to provide some more information before we can finish processing your order. |
Waiting for return receipt |
We haven’t received your return at our warehouse yet. Your original order will appear as 'Order shipped, waiting for return receipt'. Learn more about returns here. |
Return Processed |
We received your return and processed a refund. Your original order will appear as 'Order shipped, return processed'. |
