I’ve forgotten my LEGO® account login details. What do I do?

Recovering your login details is easy! Simply select ‘Forgot username or Forgot password’ on your login page and we’ll send a recovery email to the email address registered to your LEGO® account. If it’s not in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder too.

 

If you didn’t get the email, it could be that your account is registered with a different email address or your username or email address doesn't exist in our records.
