Can extreme temperatures affect the SMART Brick?

The SMART Brick has safety features built in to make sure it can protect itself, but extreme temperatures can damage it. So, be sure to keep it away from hot surfaces and direct sunlight. We also recommend you don't leave it outside for too long or put it anywhere where it could get colder than freezing.

The best place to store your brick when you’re not using it is on the SMART Charger at room temperature (with the charger plugged in).
