Thomas Kirk Kristiansen represents the fourth generation of the owner family. He is Chairman of the Board of LEGO A/S and has been a member of the board since 2007. Thomas is also Deputy Chairman of LEGO Brand Group.

Thomas is, furthermore, member of the Board of Directors of KIRKBI A/S and one fully owned subsidiary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LEGO Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Koldingvej 2, Billund A/S, as well as Executive Management member of Kirk & Kirk Holding ApS with management roles in four subsidiaries.
