We take online privacy and security concerns seriously. At the same time, we are continually working to make your personal experience when visiting or using the Name the Rovers web site as exciting and pleasant as possible. To help us accomplish that goal, we will need to obtain some information from you when you use our site. This Privacy Policy will tell you how and when we collect information through our site, and how this information will be used.

The Name the Rovers web site is operated by LEGO New York, Inc. and it collects information only for internal use by NASA, The LEGO Group and The Planetary Society for the purposes of the Name the Rovers contest. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose information relating to you as an individual to any company outside of those mentioned above for such company's own marketing or other commercial use, without obtaining your permission.

We collect personal information from you via the Name the Rovers web site only when you are over the age of thirteen (13) and sign up for the Name the Rovers contest using the online registration form located here.

We will not use the personal information you submit to us for purposes other than those for which the information was collected, without asking for your permission. We may hire third parties to assist us in these activities, and such third parties will be under an obligation to keep your personal information confidential. Also, upon request, you have the right to review any personal information we may have. Name the Rovers Contest Entrants Under the Age of Thirteen (13)
Only site visitors who are thirteen (13) years old or older may use the online contest registration form for the Name the Rovers contest. All visitors under the age of thirteen (13) must download and print the Name the Rovers Contest entry form and mail it to the address indicated on the form.

We cannot and will not establish conditions that will require or encourage children to disclose personal information over and above what is reasonably necessary to participate in any activity featured on the Name the Rovers web site. Any personal information obtained from children and parents during the contest will be kept until the contest ends and prizes are delivered, and then it will be deleted.

Does www.nametherovers.org Use Cookies?
No. When we ask to add a cookie to your computer, we are not collecting personal information, but the non-personal information that we do get helps us give you a better online experience.

Non-personal responses collected during a guest visit are used to help us make sure that our products and our communications to our guests are responsive to their interests. We hope to be able to continue to make the Name the Rovers web site interesting and entertaining for users of all ages.

Cookies are small data files that your browser may place on your computer when you visit different web sites to mark that you have been there.

What if I don't accept the cookie?
You still can participate in a few of our online activities. However, if a Name the Rovers Cookie is not present, it will limit our ability to customize and deliver a better online experience when you are using our site and to improve our features.
