“I like to think of myself and my team as the bakers who create the recipe for the cake. Except instead of a delicious dessert, we're crafting the moulds that shape the LEGO® bricks people know and love. It's a complex process that involves ensuring the right ingredients - master data and investments - are ready at the right time.”
“The real magic happens when our moulds or parts kickstart the production or procurement process. When a mould is finalised, we step in again to ensure accurate investment costs, both financially and performance-wise. But the impact I'm most proud of is the one I have on my team.”

“Seeing my colleagues discover the joy of development and eagerly question, change, and optimise existing processes is incredibly rewarding. Together, we've achieved so much by working collaboratively, caring for one another, and supporting each other's growth. We reach out across the organisation too. With our increased focus on cost transparency, we have to work together to find the best solutions and processes.”
