LEGO DC is a playful way for kids to get hands-on with their passion, bringing the movies, comic books and TV shows to life in LEGO bricks.

If you’re new to this action-packed world, here’s a quick breakdown of who’s who. Don’t forget your cape…

LEGO® Batman™

LEGO Batman (Bruce Wayne™) is a billionaire vigilante with unparalleled martial arts and detective skills. Highly intelligent and tech-savvy, he strives to use his wealth and resources to help others.

When he’s not chasing down his nemeses like LEGO The Joker you’ll catch him zooming through Gotham City™ in his Batmobile™, fighting crime and keeping citizens safe. When the Bat-Signal™ gleams in the sky, he knows he’s needed. The LEGO Batman minifigure is a symbol of hope for kids, teaching them determination, empathy and resourcefulness in the fight for justice. The LEGO Batmobile can be found in many sets, ready for playing out heroic adventures.

LEGO Superman™

Fly into life-saving missions with LEGO Superman (Clark Kent), an alien from the faraway planet Krypton™. Born with special abilities, he was sent to Earth as a baby and has always used his powers for good. LEGO Superman has super strength, super-speed, flight and X-ray vision. Whether he’s protecting innocent people from emergencies, or taking down his enemy LEGO Lex Luthor™, the LEGO Superman minifigure is a must-have collectible. He inspires kids to make the right choices and to always believe in themselves.

LEGO The Joker™

LEGO The Joker is a twisted, chaotic character in the LEGO DC Universe. He’s LEGO Batman’s ultimate rival on an endless pursuit to wreak havoc in Gotham City through destruction and violence. Will he outrun LEGO Batman while carrying a hefty load of stolen cash – or will he try and break out of the LEGO Arkham Asylum™? Due to his unpredictable nature, kids will love playing with this complex character in LEGO DC sets to bring the fight between good versus evil to life.

LEGO Lex Luthor™

LEGO Lex Luthor is a ruthless villain with a superiority complex. He’s an ordinary human with no powers, but created his own armored suit with built-in weapons to defeat his archnemesis Superman. Bring his evil schemes to life with the LEGO Lex Luther minifigure, equipped with Kryptonite™ and a blaster for creative role play. LEGO Lex Luthor helps kids amplify their storytelling with an enemy personality type, teaching them right from wrong. Every superhero story needs a villain, after all.

LEGO Robin™

Heroic, noble and kind. That’s how to describe LEGO Batman’s trusty sidekick, LEGO Robin™. While he’s younger and still has much to learn, LEGO Robin has good morals, a strong sense of loyalty and a need to protect others, just like LEGO Batman.

Kids can bring the dynamic duo together to keep Gotham City safe in LEGO DC sets. LEGO Robin’s exceptional combat skills come in handy on missions, like helping LEGO Batman seize back control of the LEGO Arkham Asylum. Playing with this minifigure shines a light on themes of friendship and teamwork at playtime.

LEGO Alfred Pennyworth™

Following the murder of both of Bruce Wayne’s parents, Alfred became a father-figure to the youngster. As Bruce grew older, Alfred provided valuable assistance in his mission to become the crime-fighting super hero, Batman.

As well as ensuring the smooth running of Wayne Manor, including the subterranean Batcave, Alfred provides essential assistance whenever it is needed – whether that involves preparing Batman’s equipment or repairing Batman’s battered body using his first aid expertise.

LEGO The Flash™

The Flash™, or just Flash, is the name given to several characters from comic books published by DC Comics. The first incarnation appeared in Flash Comics in 1940. What they all have in common is their use of super-speed to fight against the forces of evil.

The Flash gained his amazing ability from a mysterious energy field known as Speed Force. This phenomenal speed has given the Flash power to travel though time and even to other dimensions. His achievements brought the Flash to the attention of Batman™, who recruited him as a founding member of Earth’s defenders, the Justice League.

LEGO Wonder Woman™

Wonder Woman™ was raised entirely by women on the island of Themyscira. When she ventured beyond her island, she created the identity of Diana Prince in order to blend in with normal human society.

Wonder Woman was given superhuman powers by Zeus, the king of the Gods, to battle against evil in all its forms. She also possesses an armory of equipment to help in her fight for justice, including the Lasso of Truth, indestructible bracelets and an invisible jet.

LEGO Aquaman™

Aquaman™ made his first appearance in a 1941 issue of More Fun Comics. Soon after, he went and starred in numerous comic book series focused solely on his exploits. Aquaman’s mother is the Queen of Atlantis and his father is human, giving him influence and abilities beyond his undersea realm. When not fighting the forces of evil, Aquaman uses his real name, Arthur Curry.

Aquaman’s superpowers include outstanding strength and a telepathic connection with all the aquatic life in all the oceans – an ability he uses to kindly compel sea creatures to follow his appeals.

LEGO Green Lantern™

Green Lantern™ first appeared in 1940 in an issue of All-American Comics. The character fights evil with the help of a ring that harnesses all the willpower in the universe, enabling him to manifest and control objects made from solid green energy.

As well as working independently, Green Lantern is a member of a law enforcement agency known as the Green Lantern Corps – a large interstellar group consisting of fellow wearers of similar powerful rings. On Earth, Green Lantern is a frequent crime-fighter alongside the Justice League and fellow super heroes.

LEGO Lois Lane™

Since her first appearance in a 1938 issue of Action Comics, Lois Lane™ has become a familiar part of the Superman™ story. An award-winning journalist, Lois works for the Daily Planet newspaper – the same publication as Superman’s alter ego, Clark Kent™. Since the moment they met, Lois has been Clark’s, and Superman’s, primary love interest.

Lois Lane may not be a super hero, but she is heroic nonetheless in her dogged pursuit of the truth whenever she gets her teeth into a story. She was the first reporter to interview Superman and, it has to be said, many of her biggest stories have involved the actions of her favorite super hero.

LEGO Catwoman™

LEGO Catwoman™ is a complex character who tends to switch between hero and villain, depending on what best serves her needs. She may be Gotham City’s greatest cat-burglar, but she can also be one of LEGO Batman’s greatest allies. So, why not bring her and her martial arts skills to life with the LEGO Catwoman minifigure? Highly intelligent, confident and more caring than she may let on – LEGO Catwoman is all about protecting Gotham City and its people. Bring her acrobatic prowess to exciting LEGO DC adventures.
