Now is your chance! We are looking for an enthusiastic student passionate about learning sciences and educational impact.
Core Responsibilities
This is a key support role within our Learning Design team, ensuring we stay ahead with industry standards and competitive practices. We seek a student worker ready to contribute to the development of innovative tools and processes for learning design. The successful candidate will have the chance to explore best practices for teaching and learning CS & AI in a hands-on and playful way, supporting both the Learning Design team and broader organizational initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct desk research on competitors to help us maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic decisions.
- Perform desk research on recent scholarly work, focusing on pedagogical practices around teaching CS & AI, to enhance our educational offerings.
- Assist in developing and formatting new tools and processes that support the learning design team’s initiatives.
- Ad hoc tasks: Support hands-on brainstorming and ideation activities and provide support for sales and marketing needs as required, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Do you have what it takes?
- University-level student with a focus in learning sciences, computer science, or AI.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with conducting academic research (literature reviews and academic writing).
- Experience or strong interest in learning design and educational environments.
- Fluent English required.
- All basic IT skills across the Microsoft suite.
Location
Billund, Denmark in-office work 2 days/week until end of 2026.
