Our Diversity & Inclusion team is looking for a new colleague who wants to help drive a global disability inclusion strategy.  

Play your part in our team succeeding

As a student worker in our team, you will get the opportunity to be part of building and driving many aspects of a global strategy to advance disability inclusion in our employment and customer-facing initiatives. You will get a chance to have hands-on experience and learn about the many aspects of diversity and inclusion.

You will join a highly diverse team focused on leading a diversity and inclusion agenda for the LEGO® Group. You will get plenty of responsibility combined with great team spirit. You will get the opportunity to learn and share your knowledge; and through engaging with cross-functional partners from across the organization, you will quickly gain a valuable LEGO® network.

Do you have what it takes?

We imagine that you are a Bachelor level student. Your educational focus and career aspirations are in HR, diversity & inclusion, strategic planning, or similar fields. Moreover, you:

  • Have strong skills across the Microsoft suite
  • Have great project management skills, managing multiple projects at the same time to ensure we meet deliverables.
  • Have excellent communication and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing
  • Can work independently interacting with many different stakeholders
  • Are motivated to work in a global environment and collaborate across cultures and nationalities
  • Are willing to learn about diversity and disability inclusion, and about strategic planning

Curious and holistic with a great passion for learning

We fully respect that you are dedicated to your studies. Thus, your working hours will be adapted to this, and you may also use the LEGO Group as a case for one of your papers. Preferably you can work approx. 2 days a week in our LEGO Campus in Billund.
