In Consumer Engagement Technology we are assisting LEGO BrickLink® getting integrated into the LEGO Groups digital ecosystem. In this role you will work on modernizing the BrickLink technology platform and implement new features together with your team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product manager, designers and other engineers to plan, define and implement features

• Collaborate across product teams in the BrickLink value stream

• Deliver high quality, working software on a continuous basis, applying a “you build it – you run it” philosophy

• Take ownership of features and technical tasks through to production and monitors their success

• Support the team with improvements to our technical toolchain

• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the team's continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience with developing web applications using HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript and React

• Knowledge of responsive design and web performance optimization

• Experience with using frontend test frameworks for unit and integration test

• Understanding of security aspects of web based solutions.

• Curiosity about learning new technologies

• Experience with continuous integration

• Experience with the AWS Cloud platform or Microsoft Azure (We use AWS)

• Flair for performance, security, and code quality

• Delivery focused attitude

Nice to have

• Applicable knowledge of C#/.Net framework and/or Node.js with Typescript

• Know-how on databases, both relational and NoSQL

• Experience with Cloud native development, infrastructure as code and managed cloud infrastructure (e.g. DNS, CDN, Load balancing etc.) will be a plus
