Core Responsibilities

  • Strategically partner with VPs in dedicated business areas within PPC and ER

  • Dive the people agenda, aligning priorities across the organization

  • Coach and support people leaders to enhance performance and team efficiency

  • Collaborate with senior management on organizational vision and development

  • Lead deployment of HR processes in collaboration with global communities of expertise

  • Support prioritization on recruitment and oversee organizational governance

  • Participate in recruitment for critical roles within respective areas

  • Advocate for standard people processes while encouraging self-reliance

This role is integrated in the People Partnering team providing partnering to Leadership teams in PPC as well as Environmental Responsibility. Within PPC the role is supporting; People Analytics, Global Rewards, Workplace Experience and Social Responsibility.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive HR partner experience in a global, matrixed organization

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with compensation data

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Positive, resilient, and collaborative approach to partnering
