Core Responsibilities

In this role you will bring your phenomenal people leadership skills and your experience within capacity and resource management into play and be part of a world class Design force that reaches children around the globe with great building and play experiences. You will be:

  • People leader of a large team (Designers with various capabilities allocated to different projects)
  • Taking a leading role in optimizing data based capacity management by driving initiatives aimed at ensuring reliable capacity and demand data and supporting actionable feasibility assessments
  • Taking a leading role in optimizing data based resource management by driving initiatives aimed at ensuring capability based resource allocation and optimization while respecting our people promise, good collaboration and portfolio priorities
  • Acting as a leadership role model in the leadership playground, being brave, focused, and curious leading in a creative design environment.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a design-related field (Product/Graphic/Fashion/Toys), Fine Arts, Engineering or similar. Alternatively, a degree within business analytics, capacity and resource management or similar. You can come with a variety of educational backgrounds, but most important is your passion for leading and developing people combined with experience within capacity and resource management.

Moreover, we expect you to:

  • Have a clear passion to navigate across multiple people related topics simultaneously
  • Be self-reflective and willing to develop your own people leadership skills
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach and efficiency in management at all levels
  • Seek and provide constructive feedback
  • Show the ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations
  • Take initiative and ownership when driving solutions
  • Hold proficiency level in English (spoken & written)
