This role is a strong opportunity to gain E2E knowledge on the LEGO Group's financial processes and grow a strong network across the organization!

As part of the Corporate reporting and planning team, you will play a key role in leveraging data and drive innovation and continuous improvement in the financial planning processes and build on your already excellent finance career!

No relocation assistance is offered for this position

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the aspiration on business analysis and push the data focus in defining the new financial planning processes

  • Leverage data driven forecasting in financial planning e.g. via driver based planning and predictive planning to drive automation and reduced cycle time with less effort

  • Engage with partners across Finance to drive the implementation and support the change journey

  • Be one of the subject matter experts training and supporting colleagues building confidence in the data driven approach

  • Co-drive validation and recommendation on the model selection in a new forecast engine in collaboration with the technical developers

  • Prepare the reporting supporting transparency in the models and building a storyline on the development

Do you have what it takes?

We expect our preferred candidate to hold a Master's degree in Data science/Data engineering/ Economics / Finance or similar

  • 5-8 years of experience with data science or data engineering, preferably with a focus on finance

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with predictive planning/ machine learning /Python/R or similar

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
