Do you imagine yourself building phenomenal brands for future play innovations of the LEGO Group?  

We are looking for a creative-at-heart, problem-solving storyteller to join the Our LEGO® Agency Strategy team, bringing in your fresh and insightful perspective into how we can build new brands in today’s pop culture! 

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for driving strategy from branding down to campaign development for one of our future play innovation projects 

  • Engaged in multiple strategic tasks from crafting brand platforms that are culture-led, to defining new and existing audiences, as well as writing briefs for big ideas and develop POVs to spot new opportunities 

  • Working with our communications strategists to propose ways we can innovate in how we build and launch new brands differently 

  • Bring in an outsider perspective to complement insider knowledge, unearthing insights from different areas and connect the dots 

  • Building a deep and collaborative working relationship with project members within the agency and out such as marketing and product design across all levels 

 

For this role, you will be working from our fantastic campus in Billund (DK). Please note, there is no relocation support offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Bachelor- or Master’s degree combined with proven experience working as a strategist or planner in a creative, brand, or digital agency 

  • A track record of working with big global brands – experience in gaming, entertainment, technology or FMCG is a plus 

  • A history of helping to build and launch new brands or products from positioning to campaign development 

  • A voracious devourer of what’s happening in pop culture around the world and how it influences how people think, feel and act 

  • A natural storyteller, with an uncanny ability to reframe data and insights to fuel ideas that can drive conversation and 

  • A creative opportunist, who knows how to spot opportunities and turn them into ideas even without a brief in hand 

  • A talent for simplifying the complex – confident making sense of complicated data and turning into a springboard for creative solutions 

  • A voice with the confidence to engage with multiple groups outside the in-house agency and the courage to challenge even senior colleagues  

  • Comfortable with virtual team-collaboration
