A truly outstanding opportunity to be part of the Additive Design & Manufacturing Leadership Team and the role entails architecting, leadership and deployment of fundamental processes and ways to operate, which is essential to deliver the program.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the AD&M Program Office (PMO), which comprises of internal / external project managers running a diverse portfolio of projects.

  • Drive organized and consistent organizational change, aligned with the program’s strategy and goals.

  • Develop and integrate AM relevant processes all through the value chain in the different initiatives, from product development to engineering to manufacturing and supply chain and ensure implementation in the organization.

  • Lead the program communication internally and externally with support from Corporate Communications.

  • Drive and manage Business Cases creation and submission on behalf of the program.

  • Develop and lead program value capturing and monitoring throughout the value chain and build visualization of benefits and status quo.

  • Analyze needs and drive implementation of capability development activities through the organization in terms of competences, structures, skills, etc.

  • Implement a structured resource request process for the program.

Additive Design & Manufacturing is focusing on the development of Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies with well-defined research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials, and applications. With two parallel initiatives: The development of AM for Consumer Goods and AM for Equipment, this role plays a key role encompassing both initiatives which have many projects under them.

Our aim at pushing and driving the AM industry and its technologies towards true large-scale production. You will play a paramount role for the success of the total program as it completes the technical development happening and ensure coordination and agreement with the rest of the organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience with program management of large and complex programs or projects with proven strategic orientation.

  • Strong understanding of the Value Chain Mapping and Value capturing along with experience in building frameworks and processes in large organizations.

  • Skilled communication with the ability to target communication.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build an impact in a diverse context across many different functional areas and profiles.

  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing industry or a similar technical understanding would be preferred.
