Core Responsibilities

  • Bringing you expert capabilities into play to develop the approach, tools, and guidance, as you support activities from operating model to team design using standard methodologies and a consistent approach framework

  • Outline what is needed and lead the way upskilling our People Partners in good organization design practices and make it stick!

  • Drive local and global org. design projects to help meet our ambitious objectives by ensuring successful implementation of e.g., organizational changes

  • Constructively challenge and spar with People Partners, business area leaders, and senior collaborators on strategic org. design challenges and issues to improve leadership decisions and outcome

You will be a key member of the Global People Partner Project core Team (G3P), that sits under the Executive Leadership Team People Partner. We are a highly dedicated team who actively participate in- and drive different strategic projects and critical activities across PPC (HR) and business areas with a relentless focus on value creation, impact, and contribution.

Make a clear impact as you help us strengthening and professionalizing the critical organization design capability across our global People Partner function.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Substantial validated experience within organization design/development in a large-scale global company. Ideally gained from an in-house role or alternatively with a strategy consultancy firm

  • Capabilities for consulting in complexity and ambiguity

  • Outstanding organizational development- and change skills, plus solid knowledge in operating model design, team and job design

  • Ability to make a positive difference to our people agenda applying your strategic understanding, tactical implementation ability, and your eye for business

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent skills for communication, collaboration and partner engagement
