Core Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that development and integrations to our ECC, and in the future S/4HANA, are performed in line with our integration strategy, SAP development guidelines and architecture principles
  • Impact the development, technology and platform choices for the above in collaboration with our API teams and cross digital communities
  • Govern and architect SAP Integration, development, and product strategies in The LEGO Group
  • Drive the SAP data governance and lifecycle management principles
  • Champion for technical excellence and DevSecOps culture and approach
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, creating and cultivating a great relationship with our customers
  • Establish the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment across various teams and higher-level objectives
  • You are able to engage, encourage and motivate the team to follow the technical direction you are setting.

The SAP Governance and Enablement is one of the pillars of our Digital Platforms department and plays a critical role in the success of our business. By proactively embracing the latest advancements in SAP technology, aligned with our Digital Platform principles and Data Security governance, we aspire to be at the forefront of digital transformation.

Do you have what it takes?

Besides solid hands-on and architecture experience within SAP integration and Development we are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience with ABAP and a variety of SAP technologies, probably some of these: CPI, CDS, UI5, BTP, CAP, RAP, Fiori, Odata, Gateway, Workflows, REST, SOAP, and RFC
  • Preferably experience with some non-SAP programming languages like: Java, .net, node.js, C# and API architecture and development
  • Knowledge of security standards and principles, SAP cybersecurity and NIST is an advantage
  • Understanding of non-SAP Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

On the nice to have experience side:

  • Good understanding on SAP Data Ingestion and Data Volume Management
  • SAP Basis
  • Open standards like Cloud Foundry, Kyma will be plus
  • SAP automated testing
  • SAP ILM
  • SAP GRC
