Core Responsibilities 

  • Lead and inspire a team of ways-of-working experts working across the product & marketing organization. 

  • Set direction for team practices, enhance business and organizational impact, and secure continuous learning and experimentation in innovation ways-of-working practices. 

  • Identify the biggest opportunities for ways-of-working improvement, engage with senior leadership to scope engagement, and deploy team resources accordingly. 

  • Prioritize asks for team support from the business and improve impact and effort. 

  • Contribute to execution of team tasks and assignments – next to the team leadership role.

The team plays a pivotal role in Product Marketing & Development (PMD) by fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. As the Head of Innovation Ways-of-Working Team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our work processes and methodologies. This role is not just about leading a team; it's about being at the forefront of a transformative journey that aligns with the LEGO Group's commitment to continuous improvement and making innovative products. Your leadership will ensure that our strategic objectives are met with creativity and efficiency, supporting the LEGO Group's overall mission and contributing to our legacy of quality and excellence.  

Do you have what it takes?  

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a creative organization: A proven track record of leading teams, with the ability to inspire, guide, and actively develop team and individual performance. 

  • Expertise in Ways of Working: Extensive knowledge in using ways of working to facilitate innovation particularly within the context of product development. 

  • Hands-On Involvement: Willingness to be actively involved in both leading the team and participating in the team execution of tasks and assignments. 

  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills to work with senior leadership and across teams to motivate change. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to implement best practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and conduct training and workshops. 

  • Adaptability: An innovative mentality, open to experimentation, continuous learning, and applying new methodologies in real-world scenarios. 

  • Problem-Solving: Proficient in breaking down and solving complex problems, forging strong partner agreements, and finding practical solutions to diverse business needs. 

  • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think strategically and align ways of working with The LEGO Group’s broader goals.
