We offer a flexible hybrid working model, known as Best of Both, with 3 days in our Billund office and 2 days working from home.
Core Responsibilities
Take a senior, influential role within the Global Insights (GI) Business Partnering Team, connecting with teams across the LEGO Group.
Build and lead the partnership with prioritised business stakeholders in the Central Market & Channels (M&C) organisation driving insights to action.
Act as insights thought leader and strategic advisor on both big-picture and day-to-day challenges and opportunities.
Represent GI in key decision-making forums and leadership teams within Central M&C ensuring insight is at the heart of every conversation.
Coordinate and mobilize the necessary GI experts, processes and tools to elevate insights in decision making.
Partner and inspire business stakeholders with objective insights, data driven analysis and compelling, insights-led narratives.
Set the overall direction for the GI insights journey for Central M&C in close collaboration with the business.
Represent M&C in strategic insights projects for senior leadership forums.
Work seamlessly across the GI organization to ensure a joined-up, end-to-end understanding of the value chain and collaborate regularly with GI leaders.

Do you have what it takes
Proven experience in consultancy or insights roles, with a track record of turning insights into tangible brand and business results, ideally in a global setting.
Strong history of building senior-level relationships and partnerships that deliver measurable impact.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create strategic impact through clear, engaging, and comprehensive storytelling.
Sharp business sense with a passion for blending it with insights consultancy.
Skilled collaborator who can unite and empower cross-functional teams, with experience across the full value chain — from innovation pipeline to go-to-market.
Big-picture problem solver who asks ambitious questions and isn’t afraid to challenge constructively.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with proven experience in leading teams through transformation.
