Due to a technical fault, all customer e-mails sent to us through the ‘contact us’ page on the site between 6.00am EDT (11.00am BST) on October 1st and 12.00pm EDT (5.00pm BST) on October 2nd did not reach us, which means that our LEGO experts won’t be able to respond to you.
If you sent us an e-mail during that period could we ask you to send it again? Requests for replacement parts were not affected by this problem.
