Germany's newest and largest LEGO® store has opened in the heart of Munich. The 557m² store combines physical and digital experiences to delight LEGO fans of all ages. Inspired by Bavarian traditions, culture and sights, the flagship store also showcases impressive LEGO 3D models, such as the replica of the new town hall at Marienplatz (117,235 LEGO bricks), mosaic images of Neuschwanstein Castle (77,974 LEGO bricks each) and an Alpine panorama (190,671 LEGO bricks), which together transform the new store into a creative Bavarian world of experience.

Brezelfest, the LEGO store version of Oktoberfest, is a common thread throughout the store, inspired by the traditional costumes, music and food of Munich's autumn festival. Interactive minifigure models in traditional costumes hold pretzels and gingerbread hearts or play the saxophone and accordion. "We are quite overwhelmed by the support we have already received from so many loyal fans and look forward to seeing even more guests interacting with the new LEGO world in the coming days," Stojovic continues.

With the opening of our 18th LEGO store in Germany, the LEGO Group underlines its commitment to invest in local retail, putting focus on interactive and personalised play and shopping experience.
