How to get pieces that are missing from a new set

Missing something from your new LEGO® set? We can send you the pieces you need! 
 
You can request missing pieces on our replacement pieces page.  
 
If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, get in touch to let us know what you need. Make sure you include a complete description of the piece, the element ID number (provided in the list located at the back of the building instructions) and the set number.
