Returning parts orders

Returning your parts order is easy! To return your Pick a Brick order, just give us a call. We’ll give you some instructions on how to return the parts to us and we’ll email you a returns label.

Once you’ve printed your return label, attach it to the front of the parcel before sending it to us from any UK post office. Please make sure the return label completely covers the original address on the parcel. Once we receive the parcel, we’ll start processing your refund within 1-2 days. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.

Keep in mind that we don’t accept partial returns on parts orders so you’ll need to return all the pieces at the same time.
