Bring your deep expertise in modern SAP GRC and SAP Authorizations and help us scale our value delivery across our Digital Technology landscape!

Core Responsibilities

Together with your colleague you will be responsible for setting the direction for how The LEGO Group will govern SAP authorizations in our new S/4HANA environments.

You will be part of our SAP Governance and Enablement, where we provide governance and maintain to our SAP Technology Adoptions.

You will be part of setting the technical direction of our SAP GRC implementation, with the current focus on Access Control, and help set direction for the overall governance of SAP Authorizations and access management.

You will engage with collaborators across our Digital Technology landscape and business to ensure our SAP Governance and Enablement delivers the needed features.

You will help keeping technical debt in check through automation and platform governance.

Creating and cultivating a great relationship with the SAP Governance and Enablement customers (the software engineering product teams in the business domains) is essential.

You are a very good collaborator who actively strives to be in alignment with your colleagues both in your own team as well as in the customer teams.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrable experience with SAP GRC, mainly access control and identity management, both in architectural and operational.
  • Very strong collaborator management capabilities and ability to translate business needs into technical deliveries.
  • Deep expertise in SAP technologies and procedure in large enterprise, indicated by having at least 7+ years of experience in the relevant field
  • Have been involved in at least 3 project cycles in identity management and access management implementation/redesign.
  • You are familiar with authorization and access management concepts in SAP ECC, SCM, BI, S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, ALM, and BTP.
  • You enjoy inspiring others to perform and develop, and you keep a cool head when crisis occurs.
  • You are familiar with Agile and DevOps delivery methods.

Some nice-to-have-competences:

  • Experience in Enterprise Access Control setup for SAP/Non-SAP
  • Hands on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform & Public cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Exposure to Process control and Risk Management module
  • Knowledge in audits and internal controls process
  • You have a passion for infrastructure engineering, for trying out new solutions and technologies and for solving real-life problems with secure, robust, scalable solutions.
  • You can structure and drive multiple projects and tasks for yourself and for others, ensuring that they provide value.
