Job Description

Are you ready to drive impact with sports partnerships? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead commercial dialogue with key IP Partners.

Join our dynamic IP commercial partnerships team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business planning and fostering valuable collaborations with key partners in the sports industry!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Inform IP partnership strategy with direction for key IP partners in the Sports industry, orchestrate E2E Joint Business planning where relevant.

  • Work with IP Partners, Inbound Licensing team, and Product Groups to identify strategic harmonies, aligned with the company's audience objectives and strategic priorities to inform joint marketing plans.

  • Together with IP Partners, identify key growth opportunities as an input to Global Marketing Activation Calendar, provide strategic direction for tailored Marketing plans on market level.

  • Harness partnerships to enhance key marketing moments, actively contributing to cross-functional teams and activation discussions.

  • Orchestrate custom local deployment meetings to equip local marketing teams with relevant insights directly from Partner and relevant PG teams.

  • Work together with Consumer Group teams, bringing Partner level inputs and insights to enhance Go-To-Market considerations for relevant campaigns.

  • Support Partner facing reporting with internally aligned data-driven storyline and actionable insights.

  • Drive regional top-to-top meetings and contribute into global business reviews with commercial insights, knowledge of local plans in the key markets – past and forward looking.

The IP Commercial Partnerships team is driving business planning across the LEGO Group's key partners, making sure that we translate opportunities into mutual value creation. It is responsible for strengthening internal commercial dialogue across IP partnerships and ensuring that IP activation plans are rooted into global priorities and audiences objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Significant experience in managing commercial partnerships and developing impactful initiatives in the sports industry, including the successful activation of high-profile sporting events.

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing the integration of partnered marketing activations and ensuring consistency with corporate strategies.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess the impact of activations and adjust strategies for the benefit of all parties.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across departments and with external partners.

  • Analytical perspective with a focus on data-driven decision-making and reporting.

  • Fluent spoken and written English language.

Nice to have:

  • Background in the FMCG, entertainment, or similar consumer-focused industry with experience in IP partnerships.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teammates and partners.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $134,750.00 - $202,126.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
