Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Pack Level 1 team member, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. We believe in collaboration and supporting each other to achieve greatness. Here’s how you can contribute:
Maintain Excellence: Ensure our equipment and tools are in top condition, and bring your positive attitude to every task. We strive to uphold the legendary LEGO® quality standards that inspire builders worldwide.
Enhance Efficiency: Work with us to maximize the utilization of pre-pack equipment. By hitting production goals and keeping reports up to date, you’ll help us stay on track.
Support Operations: Keep our lines stocked with materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Your proactive approach to safety and quality procedures will make a difference.
Innovate Together: Fine-tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure the line’s quality and efficiency. We value your ability to adapt and tackle exciting challenges as they arise.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for individuals who have completed support to change over training and SDPPL training. Your understanding of counting machines, material handling, manual tables, and process escalation will be key. Completed training verified by the LVA training department is essential.
Job Requirements:
We prefer candidates with a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment. Are you ready to stand, walk, lift, and move with us? You must be 18 years of age and willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00pm-6:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, enjoying 15 days a month of building fun each month in our climate-controlled setting.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive pay rate of $21.42 per hour plus 10% shift differential with weekly pay.
