"The joy of working here, for me, is we always think positively. We take a collaborative approach to what we do and enjoy doing it. Working as a Project Director on a large green field big project comes with lots of challenges. This makes what I do very interesting and gives me the opportunity to learn constantly. So the nature of the work and how we approach it fits well. It means we’re continuously developing personally and professionally and, as we grow, so too does the business.
