Estamos buscando a un Especialista de Relaciones Laborales que proponga y de seguimiento al cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos que fortalezcan la Cultura Organizacional y promuevan una sana relación entre la Empresa y los trabajadores.

Actividades:

• Asesoramiento para la prevención de riesgos laborales (por ejemplo: inconformidades por parte del trabajador, demandas laborales).
• Soporte a las diversas áreas en temas relacionados al personal en todos los niveles.
• Análisis de información sobre indicadores de ausentismo y rotación
• Dar atención puntual a las necesidades laborales del personal.
• Gestión de diversos servicios y beneficios orientados al personal sindicalizado (Transportes, uniformes, apoyos)
• Aplicar y verificar el cumplimento del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, Código de Conducta y Ley Federal de Trabajo.
• Administración a la pre-nómina.

Requisitos:

• Educación: Licenciatura.
• Experiencia: 1 a 2 años de experiencia en soporte y atención a personal sindicalizado, manejo de indicadores, trato con proveedores.
• Habilidades: Comunicación, negociación, capacidad de análisis.
• Conocimiento: Ley Federal del Trabajo, Manejo paquete de office (excel intermedio - avanzado) Manejo SAP (Módulos de Recursos Humanos)
